We will begin the journey with guided breathwork led by Michelle Kim Hall, gently opening the body and anchoring awareness into the present moment. From there, you’ll be supported in a multi-sensory healing environment featuring three immersive wellness stations:
Aromatherapy Station with Angela Matthews, offering intuitive scent pairings to deepen relaxation and energetic alignment
Tuning Fork Wellness Station with Lindsey Bonham, using vibrational frequencies to restore balance within the nervous system
Spinal Flow Station with Sujya Camp, facilitating energetic release and alignment through subtle yet powerful touch
Your afternoon will culminate in a profoundly relaxing floating soundbath where you will drift on your own individual raft (no swimsuits required). As you settle into the water, allow yourself to be held—physically and energetically—as healing harmonies surround you.
Angela will guide the sonic journey with her alchemy crystal bowls, while Lindsey Bonham and Michelle Kim Hall weave in additional tones through chimes, seeds, drums, and other sacred instruments.
