Cosmic Healing: Astrology Inspired Sound-bath, w/Yin Yoga & Reiki led by Michelle Kim Hall & Alicia Gates

✨ What to expect ✨

Join us for an immersive sound bath inspired by the Aries moon. This yin yoga sound-bath will help you step into the spotlight of your full self. Through Reiki, yin yoga, breath and meditation, you’ll explore how you really feel about your relationships to yourself and to others. With each pose, you’ll release tension aided by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, percussion instruments, and chimes. Gentle breathing exercises and guided meditation will further strengthen your own inner knowing.

Wear your comfiest yoga pants, bring your mat, and be prepared to discover new parts of your whole self.
