Come unwind with a welcoming buffet of tea and healthy snacks as we make our introductions. Michelle Kim Hall will open our ceremony with an oracle card reading, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you relax & go with the flow.

We'll then head to the pool deck where you will rotate through different wellness stations: a DIY aromatherapy workshop with Angela Matthews to help you find your signature scent; an introduction to watercolor affirmations with Michelle; and Spinal Flow, a form of therapeutic bodywork from Reiki Master, Sujya Camp.

Spinal Flow is a light-touch modality, which resets your central nervous system by releasing chemical, physical, and emotional blockages from the spine. This relaxing process encourages deep healing as it reduces mental, emotional stress & physical pain, leaving you feeling more clarity and calm.

We'll regather as a group around the pool, nestled by tropical plants and a rainbow of Angela's crystal singing bowls. As you drift on your personal raft, the soothing sounds will further harmonize your body and mind. Michelle and Sujya will channel reiki and keep everyone's energy flowing.

Everyone will leave refreshed, reset, and ready for the onward march of spring.
